Project
The aim of the development is to create a quarter in which living and working are seamlessly combined. For this purpose, a suitable urban mix of uses and respective industries will be established and innovative approaches to different forms of housing, mobility and sustainable construction are to be applied. With this objective in mind, CRE is working on a development plan procedure in coordination with the city of Bonn.
