The company

Our spectrum reaches from developing residential properties, mainly micro-apartments, offices and hotels to developing entire city districts which can include revitalization and repositioning of existing properties as well as new builds. We currently manage an active development pipeline of 1,9 billion Euros. The fully invested Cresco Fund 1 (EUR 197 Mio. equity commitments) has been primarily invested in micro-apartment developments, which account for ca. EUR 0,4 billion of our current pipeline. The majority of projects are managed through separate account mandates in Luxembourg AIFs. Cresco Real Estate acts as a fund and investment manager for all investments and currently employs 56 people in its offices in Berlin, Luxembourg, and London.
