Project
The building complex in need of renovation, comprises a block with seven polygonally arranged segments enclosing a courtyard open to the eighth side. The highest part of the building has 15-storeys. The building is constructed as a reinforced concrete skeleton structure. The exciting challenge of this project is to renovate the existing functional architecture including the facade in the spirit of sustainable development.
