Alexander Bürk

Founder

After obtaining his degree at the European Business School London, Alexander began his career in investment banking at WestAM. He became a real estate entrepreneur in 2003 and has since completed over 2 billion euros in transactions and project developments. Through his expertise in complex transactions, creating building rights, developing outstanding concepts especially in the intensive revitalization of historic buildings often creating landmarks that leave lasting marks on their respective cities.

Daniel Schuldig

Founder

Daniel holds a degree from the London School of Economics and began his career as a management consultant with Bain & Company. In 2006, Daniel joined Terra Firma Capital and invested in asset-based companies. In 2009, he headed the German business of the private equity firm GI Partners, which specializes in real estate investments and real estate platforms. Since 2013, Daniel and Alex have been working together as co-founders of Cresco Real Estate, developing the company into a leading real estate manager. Daniel has been involved in transactions worth more than 4.5 billion euros.

Olaf Schlüter

Partner

Olaf joined Cresco Real Estate in 2016. After graduating from Maastricht University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, he started his career at EII Capital Management in New York. Here he focused on the acquisition of office and residential portfolios and the structuring of joint ventures with local operators. In 2011, Olaf joined Elystan Capital Partners and developed Elystan into a platform for German office real estate. Olaf was involved in transactions worth around 3 billion Euros in various asset classes.

Fabian Dietrich

Managing Director

Alessio Furci

Managing Director

Alessio has a technical and business background, as well as over 15 years of professional experience across various asset classes. Prior to his role at Cresco, he was active in the hospitality industry, where he was responsible for refurbishments, repositionings, and rebrandings of several assets within international hostel and hotel chains. Alessio has been part of the Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH team from the outset and, in addition to his role as Managing Director, places a special focus on digitization, process optimization, and the improvement of performance and sustainability of the managed properties.

Angelo Justin Heyneck

Managing Director

Angelo has a strong background in the hospitality industry, where, among other roles, he served as Regional Reservations Manager at the international hotel chain NH Hotels, overseeing group and event reservations for 15 properties in Germany. Angelo has been part of the Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH team from the outset and, in addition to his role as Managing Director, places a special focus on operations as well as the leasing and marketing of the properties under management. Furthermore, Angelo is always on the exciting lookout for new assets to operate.

Tino Rübsam

Head of Asset Management

Tino is a graduate engineer, real estate economist (ebs) and has an MBA from the University of Regensburg. He spent the first years of his career as a project manager at Arcadis. Afterwards he worked for a long time for the capital management company KanAm Grund in the area of investment and portfolio management. His further stations included Aurec Capital and Oxford Properties. For Hines, Tino had the lead of the asset management platform in Germany and managed the Sony Center in Berlin. Since 2019 Tino has been responsible for the Asset Management of Cresco Real Estate.
