To meet the location’s high demand for office rental space, an extensive repositioning of the property was planned. During the refurbishment, special emphasis will be placed on the aesthetics and technical equipment of the building with state-of-the-art building technology that meet the highest standards. The revitalization primarily involves a new building envelope to ensure the energy efficiency and sustainability of the building. In addition, the open spaces will be upgraded, and the interior will be extensively extended to create contemporary and flexible office space. The lobby has been elaborately designed stretching over two floors.
