In order to achieve the characteristic for urban construction, the development of the scheme took place in close collaboration with the urban planning office. The historic two-story residential building on Heinersdorfer Strasse will be retained and integrated into a larger newbuild development.
After a positive preliminary building permit was granted, the project was successfully sold at the beginning of 2024.
